Drop Ship Options
Drop Ship ordering is available and tracking numbers will be provided for each purchase. We do not charge a drop ship fee or require a minimum order amount but request that items under $5.00 be grouped in packs of two or three.Registration Requirements
The first step to setting up your wholesale/drop ship account is to complete the ‘Wholesale Submission Form’ which is available here. Once your request is received, an account representative will make contact and request a copy of your business license or reseller permit. We will need a copy of these documents before your account can be approved.Data Feeds
Access to a product data feed is often helpful to merchants who would like to keep product listings and stock quantities up to date. Our data feed includes product names, item SKUs, prices, images, and specifications. A complete data feed will be available to merchants who have reached $1,000 dollars in sales. If you have reached this threshold, contact wholesale@birddogdistributing.com for access to the data feed.Product Images and Descriptions
All product images and descriptions are property of Birddog Lighting, however, we offer these as a selling tool to our wholesale/drop ship accounts.Descriptions: The descriptions provided in our data feed are to be used as reference only. Custom descriptions must be created for any product that will be listed in your store, but our original descriptions will be provided for reference.
Images: All images provided to merchants must be stored on your own server. This is to avoid the bandwidth strain that the ‘hot linking’ of images creates. If a merchant is found to be ‘hot linking’ images, we reserve the right to cancel your wholesale privileges.

Birddog Lighting offers two options for drop ship or wholesale ordering.Order by phone: Call us at (406) 586-5970 to order.
Order Online: Once your account has been approved, wholesale prices will be applied to your orders at www.BirddogLighting.com.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order requirement, however, in the interest of your profit it is advised to group items under $5.00 in packs of two or three.Product Exceptions
Wholesale and drop ship accounts will receive special pricing on all products with the exception of clearance items and sale items. In the event of a sale, you will receive either your wholesale pricing or the sale price, whichever is the greater discount. Promotional prices and wholesale prices may not be used together.Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped through either UPS or USPS exclusively. Please visit the UPS Policy Page or the USPS Website for more information on shipping times, and guarantees. If you would like to use your own UPS account number to ship items, a $10 fee will be applied to your order. Wholesale and drop ship orders will be processed and shipped within two business days of submission. Please visit our Shipping Policies page for more information.Orders sent to your customers will be shipped ‘blind’ meaning they will not include our name or promotional items.
