By purchasing a product from Birddog Distributing, Inc. you agree to abide by the following return policy.
LIABILITY
By purchasing any item from Birddog Distributing, Inc., the buyer warrants that they
are in compliance with their local, state, federal, and all applicable laws and
are legally able to purchase these items. Birddog Distributing, Inc. cannot be held
responsible for any non-compliance with these laws. Birddog Distributing, Inc. cannot
be held responsible for any damage or injury to a person or property resulting
from the use of any item sold by Birddog Distributing, Inc. The buyer understands
that they are responsible for the safe handling of motorized vehicles or any
other item purchased from Birddog Distributing, Inc.
RETURN POLICY
Products damaged by neglect, abuse, or that are otherwise exposed to extreme conditions will not be covered by our warranty.
If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within
the first 30 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the
discretion of Birddog Distributing, Inc.
Any item that is returned in good working order without defect or damage within
30 days of the delivery date may be eligible for a full refund less shipping
and handling, insurance, and a 15% restocking fee.
The following items
have a NO RETURN POLICY:
1. Special Orders
Any item that is considered special order. Special
order is defined as any non inventory item or group of items which was ordered
expressly and uniquely for a specific customer.
2. Custom Cuts
Any item that is considered a custom cut, a sample, or that has been cut or sized by Birddog Distributing, Inc specifically for that customer’s unique requirements and specifications.
3. Closeout Items
Any item that is sold as a partial product, open
box, used, or otherwise less than new
Birddog Distributing, Inc. will exchange or replace any defective merchandise (other
than specified as exceptions under our return policy). You will be responsible
for the shipping cost to return the unit to Birddog Distributing, Inc. If an item is
damaged in transit to you, we will contact the carrier of the parcel for a
damage claim and replacement parts will be issued. Again be sure to fully
inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing
pieces and mark the invoice or inspection form accordingly. Be sure to have the
driver sign this form along with your signature. Contact Birddog Distributing, Inc.
and send a copy showing damages and pictures if possible. You are responsible
for shipping both to and from your location (Items that offer free or
inclusive shipping are subject to shipping charges).
All returns must be called in or emailed in advance. Replacement parts will be
issued for damaged items or manufacturer defects that fall under the 30-day time
frame. Return Authorization Number is required before any replacement claim will
be accepted. Simply call 406-586-5970 or send email to

explaining the reason for the return. All returned merchandise must be in the original carton in like new condition. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by
the actual replacement cost of those items. The RMA number must be clearly
visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX. Any packages
received without a detailed description will be placed on hold until we are
contacted by the buyer.
Birddog Dsitributing, Inc. reserves the right to amend the return policy at any time without prior notice.
