We offer UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) ground and express shipping. For guaranteed delivery times, please choose an express option. Rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location and are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price. Shipping times may be subject to change due to severe weather that interferes with the normal processing and transport of shipments. All carrier's listed transit days are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
APO / FPO Orders
APO's / FPO's ship via USPS priority mail only. Customs forms are required for all APO's / FPO shipments greater than 16 ounces. The customer is responsible for any duties and fees associated with the purchase.International Orders

Rush Order Option (same day shipping)
If the Rush Order option is selected, Birddog Lighting will process & ship your order the same business day that it is placed rather than in the normal order processing time of 1-2 business days. There is a $15 service charge for rush order (same day) shipping. Your order must be received by the cut off time to be processed that same business day and you must be paying with a credit or debit card. The cut off times are M-F until 10 am MST for online orders and M-F until 2pm via telephone. Not all products are available for Rush Order after 10 am MST. The shipping method that you choose during checkout determines how long the shipping carrier takes to deliver the package to you from the time that they pick up the package from our warehouse. Rush Order Processing does not speed up the shipping time, it determines how quickly the order is processed & transferred into the hands of the shipper. Due to occasional conditions beyond our control, this service is not always guaranteed, and can be fully refunded if necessary.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and options can be calculated once you add items to your cart. When viewing the cart click the Add Info link to input your shipping destination. This will allow you to view the different shipping options and costs to your location before completing your transaction. Please note that some services are not available for Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Processing and Delivery
In stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order. If your email was provided, a copy of your transaction and tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it leaves our warehouse. All delivery times listed are approximate. UPS and the USPS do not guarantee delivery times for standard ground service.
