Our "cool" white LED rope lights have a color temperature between 5,000 and 5,500 on the Kelvin scale. This means that the white light they emit has a slightly bluish hue. This "cool" white light is ideal for projects where you won't be using the light for reading or photographs.
LEDs (Light emitting diodes) are the new wave of light technology. LEDs are basically tiny light bulbs that, unlike ordinary incandescent bulbs, have no filament. Because they have no filament, they require less energy, produce less heat, and last a great deal longer.
