By
completing our drop ship application you agree to the
following:
- Birddog Distributing, Inc. has
the right to restrict or deny your use of our services
at any time, and you are under no obligation to buy from
Birddog Distributing, Inc..
- Your account may be
terminated without notice due to inactivity for extended
periods of time and that removal or suspension may
prevent you from re-entering the program.
- You will provide proof
that you are a business by faxing your reseller or
business license to 406-522-4178..
- You will abide by
these Terms of Service (TOS) at all times while using
our drop shipping services. We reserve the right to
change the TOS in the future.
- You will use our text,
titles, and graphics responsibly. You will NOT
reference any of our pictures by pasting in our URL
location for that picture (also known as hot linking).
All our pictures (excluding our logo) may be copied and
then hosted ON YOUR OWN SITE. Anyone found hot linking
to our pictures will have their account terminated
immediately.
- You will provide an
accurate, valid mailing address, telephone number,
credit card information, and email address on your drop
ship application and you will inform us of any changes.
- You will not use our
drop ship services for international shipments.
- All drop ship orders
will be placed via email, fax, or phone and will be
charged to your credit card before the order is shipped.
- You will pay actual FedEx or USPS shipping rates determined by their web site at the time of purchase. Please plan ahead and
charge your customers accordingly.
- You will purchase products from Birddog Distributing, Inc. at a discount of at least 15% on all our products without having to buy in bulk. To calculate your cost please refer to the website or the catalog pricing and deduct 15%.
- Your reseller pricing
is confidential and will not be shared with other
parties.
- You agree to pay a small order fee of $7.50 for any order that totals less than $15 not including shipping.
- You understand that
all prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.
- You may sell our
products through any legal, legitimate media including,
but not limited to, your own Web site(s), auctions, and
catalogs.
- You understand that
Birddog Distributing, Inc. will make every effort to ship your
order out within 24 hours on a business day. If any
items are unavailable at the time of shipment we will
notify you and attempt to offer an alternative.
- Birddog Distributing, Inc. is
not responsible for incorrect information given to us by
you or someone from your company. We highly recommend
that you fax or email your order so that there is
documented proof of that order.
- Birddog Distributing, Inc. will
provide all shipping supplies including boxes, packing,
tape, labels, and other materials needed for the safe
shipping of your order.
- You agree to the
Return Policy listed on our web site at
http://www.birddogdistributing.com/returns.php
- All orders are shipped
blind. This means we will print your name and address
on the return portion of the shipping label.
